Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

SkyCity's Fortuna Restaurant is a buffet style restaurant that is proud of its extensive seafood selection, champagne ham, a fantastic range of fresh salads, vegetarian dishes and of course a variety of tasty desserts. It is a great place for friends and family gatherings and celebrations.

The team at Fortuna is looking for a Guest Relations Host to join their close-knit team. In this role, you will manage table turn over, bookings and inquires and create memorable and lasting impressions for our customers.

Mōu | About You

To be fantastic in this role you will:

  • Have a positive and friendly attitude
  • Have some experience in a restaurant environment and at least 1 year experience in a host role
  • Display flexibility and willingness to wow our diners
  • Ideally, you will have good working knowledge of reservations systems
