We are looking for a motivated Scraper Labourer to join our dynamic earthmoving team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in the civil construction and earthmoving industry. You'll work alongside experienced operators and gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist scraper operators with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Perform manual labour duties including ground leveling, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Help with loading/unloading equipment and materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support the team with general earthmoving activities as required.
What We're Looking For
- No prior experience required – full training provided.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Current driver's licence.
- WTR preferred but not essential.
