Enterprise Change Manager

About the Role

As our Enterprise Change Manager, you'll play a critical role in a newly formed Innovation group, working at the centre of a large-scale programmes.

This is a newly created position that offers you the opportunity to influence across senior leadership, and your vision and leadership will be instrumental in driving meaningful change

Reporting to the Head of Digital, Design and Delivery, you'll bring together people, process, and purpose, leading the change strategy on this journey.

In this key role you'll

• Lead enterprise-wide change management strategies and plans to drive adoption of new technologies, systems, and ways of working.
• Partner with senior leaders and project teams to connect strategic intent with practical delivery, aligning transformation with customer and efficiency outcomes.
• Shape and deliver communication and engagement strategies that inform, inspire, and unite people through change.
• Build capability through targeted training and support programs, creating confident, future-ready teams.
  Anticipate and manage change risks and dependencies, ensuring transformation is sustainable and embedded across the business.

To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following

• Proven success leading large-scale organisational or digital transformation within complex, multi-layered organisations.
• The ability to influence and partner with executive leaders, guiding strategy and fostering alignment.
• Outstanding storytelling and facilitation skills, with a focus on clarity, confidence, and collaboration.
• A curious and continuous-improvement mindset, balancing structure with adaptability.
  Strong digital and analytical capability, using tools and insight to drive engagement and results.
