We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join a busy facilities management team in Palmerston North**. This role covers repairs, maintenance, and general building work across commercial sites—perfect for someone practical, reliable, and confident working independently.

What you'll be doing:

• General building maintenance and repair work

• Door, lock, wall, framing and hardware repairs

• Minor renovations, fit-outs and carpentry projects

• Reactive and scheduled maintenance on commercial properties

• Working safely and professionally on active sites

What you'll need:

Trade-qualified carpenter or strong maintenance carpentry experience

Own tools & reliable transport

Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills

Ability to work alone or as part of a small team

Strong communication and customer-service attitude

Health & Safety awareness

Ability to pass pre-employment checks
