We're on a mission to grow our team of skilled tradespeople and are looking for two great people to join us:

  1. Team Lead Plumber/Drainlayer
  2. Qualified Plumber/Drainlayer
About You

You're someone who takes pride in your work and brings a solutions-based mindset to every job. You're confident working on commercial and residential projects, communicate well with clients and colleagues, and enjoy being part of a professional, supportive team.

Whether you're an experienced leader or recently qualified, you'll fit in well if you:

Team Lead - Plumber/Drainlayer:

  • Hold a current NZ Certificate in Plumbing, Gasfitting, and/or Drainlaying (or equivalent)
  • Have a valid NZ Practising Licence
  • Bring 10+ years of relevant experience with commercial focus
  • Bring 2+ years in leading a team or equivalent role
  • Have a full driver's licence and your own tools
  • Understand and follow Health & Safety procedures as well as uphold professional standards
  • Are proactive, reliable, and a team player who can back your own decisions
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills

Plumber/Drainlayer:

  • Hold a current NZ Certificate in Plumbing, Gasfitting, and/or Drainlaying (or equivalent)
  • Have a valid NZ Practising Licence
  • Bring 5+ years (or more) of relevant experience
  • Have a full driver's licence and your own tools
  • Understand and follow Health & Safety procedures
  • Are proactive, reliable, and a team player who can back your own decisions
What You'll Be Doing

Team Lead - Plumber/Drainlayer:

  • Lead a small team of 2–3 on commercial plumbing and drainage projects
  • Read and interpret plans, manage day-to-day site coordination, and maintain high standards of quality
  • Reinforce company systems and professionalism across the team
  • Work closely with management, supporting team growth and development

Plumber/Drainlayer:

  • Work across commercial plumbing and drainage projects alongside an experienced team
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
  • Communicate with clients and the office team to keep projects running smoothly
  • Continue building your skills and experience within a supportive environment
