As a
Casual Client Advisor
in our Queenstown store, you will be entrusted with welcoming clients into a universe of sophistication during the most vibrant season of the year. Over the festive period, you will play an essential role in creating unforgettable moments - introducing clients to our world, guiding them through the perfect gift selection, and cultivating connections that extend beyond the season. Job responsibilities

Your Responsibilities
As an ambassador of Louis Vuitton, you will:

• Share the stories behind our creations with confidence and grace, presenting our timeless designs across fragrances, textiles, jewellery, leather goods, and ready-to-wear.
• Create personalised experiences, discovering each client's individuality and delivering moments of delight that embody the Louis Vuitton spirit.
• Support the flow of the boutique with elegance, from greeting and assisting clients to replenishing stock, presenting products with care, and ensuring seamless client appointments.
• Collaborate with your colleagues as part of a dedicated and dynamic team, united in delivering excellence at every touchpoint.

Profile

Your Profile
We are seeking individuals who embody both passion and professionalism:

• Previous client-facing experience in retail, hotels, hospitality, or service environments.
• A natural talent for building relationships and a genuine love of creating meaningful connections.
• Agility and adaptability, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and composure.
• Curiosity and initiative, with the ability to learn quickly, navigate systems confidently, and embrace new challenges.
• Flexibility and availability throughout the festive period, including evenings and weekends.
• A strong appreciation for fashion, luxury, and craftsmanship.

Key Dates

• Interviews: September – October
• Training: Mid-October (4 days, paid)
• Commencement: You will be rostered on to your first shifts in late October (shadowing and immersion), leading into peak festive trade from November, where your hours will increase.
