We are looking for both full time and part time bar staff & chefs to be a part of the Black Betty story with the opening of one of the most beautifully handcrafted places in NZ.

Ideally you would have a sound understanding of how a bar/restaurant runs and functions, can deal with fast paced busy environments and can handle stress. We are looking for people that have a passion for whiskey and the brewing, the stories and history behind them and the wild west. Including wearing a cowboy hat to work
