Ormiston Specialists Centre offer a complete range of specialist healthcare services in one location. Ideally placed in Flat Bush and part of the Ormiston Hospital & Healthcare Hub, we provide 360-degree care to our patients.

Our environment is friendly and welcoming with a modern and contemporary feel.  We have six well-appointed consulting rooms along with a first-class procedure room catering for minor surgical procedures.

About You

You are highly organised, professional, and empathetic administrator with a passion for healthcare. This is a crucial role where your exceptional administrative skills and commitment to patient care will directly contribute to the smooth, efficient, and compassionate delivery of specialist medical services, helping us expand our reach.

• You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Proven experience in a medical administration or clinical setting (preferred).
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail - you're someone who doesn't let things slip through the cracks.
• A professional, empathetic, and composed demeanour, especially when things get busy.
• Proficiency with medical practice management systems (experience with Medtech is a significant advantage).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

We have two roles available:

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• Part-Time: 32 hours per week

Both roles require flexibility and the ability to work on a rostered shift basis from Monday to Saturday, with shifts falling between 7:30 am - 6:00 pm.
