Forklift Driver & All Round Warehouse Picker

6 month fixed term

The role

We're on the lookout for an experienced Forklift Driver and All-Round Warehouse Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate counterbalance and reach forklifts
  • Perform manual handling tasks of up to 25kg
  • Unload and load trucks efficiently with goods for local and international markets
  • Pick, pack, scan, and wrap orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all paperwork related to goods movement
  • Assist with inventory storage and retrieval, ensuring stock is in the correct location
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
  • Engage professionally and safely with truck drivers during collections and deliveries
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures and keep the warehouse clean and organised
  • Work collaboratively with your team to improve workflow and meet targets
About You:
  • Hold a current forklift licence (counterbalance & reach) – ESSENTIAL
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehousing role
  • Computer literate with experience using WMS and RF scanners
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Able to lift and handle heavy packages confidently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and a stable employment history
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Safety-focused with a keen eye for following procedures

Candidates must have valid - COUNTERBALANCE AND REACH LICENCE
