Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our team at Kepa Road Physio, a well-established physiotherapy clinic located in Mission Bay, Auckland. We are looking for an amazing hands-on physio for 30 hours (possibly more, if candidate requires) with a preference for a contractor, however we can discuss employee alternatives. You will provide high-quality, personalised physiotherapy services to our diverse client base, helping them recover from injuries and improve their overall physical well being.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for patients
• Delivering effective hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including dry needling, shockwave therapy, manual therapy, exercise prescription and rehabilitation programs
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients
• Maintaining detailed clinical notes and records in accordance with professional standards
• Providing exceptional customer service and managing your own client base

What we're looking for

• Registered Physiotherapist with a current practising certificate
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar physiotherapy role within New Zealand
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, necessity of dry needling skills (ideally NZ advanced courses)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and evidence-based practice
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
