Job Description

As a Programme Assistant, you'll be the friendly face that makes the after school Stay and Play Programme unforgettable for children. You'll be working a minimum of 4 per week, rostered across Monday - Friday (2.30pm - 6pm), with potential school holiday programme hours available.

Here's what you'll be up to 

  • Supervising and supporting Tamariki in a range of fun, safe activities 
  • Keeping our spaces tidy, clean, and welcoming for children 
  • Helping your Programme Manager run smooth, energetic sessions that keep kids buzzing 
  • Spotting any hiccups (behaviour, wellbeing, safety) and sharing with your manager so everyone stays supported

Qualifications

We'd love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have the right to work in New Zealand (valid visa or citizenship) 
  • Can get to Windsor North site(s) with reliable transportation and/ or a vehilce
  • Are enthusiastic about working with kids – from babysitting to coaching to volunteering, any experience counts 
  • Are reliable, energetic, and keen to make every session special
