Deputy Principal

The Rathkeale College School Board is inviting applications for the position of Deputy Principal - Head of Senior College and School Operations.

Rathkeale College is one of the three state-integrated Trinity Schools (together with Hadlow Preparatory School and St Matthew's Collegiate School for Girls) and is a school of Anglican Special Character.

The position calls for an individual who will be an effective, visible and approachable leadership presence, gaining the respect of staff, students and the community and proactively reinforcing Rathkeale College's key values and positive school tone.

Rathkeale College hosts approximately 100 girls from our sister school, St Matthew's Collegiate, on a daily basis to create a co-educational Senior College. The Head of Senior College must ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Senior College and maintain positive working relationships with St Matthew's.

Ideally the position will commence in Term 1, 2026, or later by negotiation.
