JOB TITLE- Supevisor
Pay rate- $28- $31 per hour
32- 40 hours weekly
No. of positions- 3
A Supervisor shall supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the company and reports to the Manager/ director
Tasks Include but are not limited to:
o Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties under manager's supervision
o Working together with the Manager to maintain long- term marketing strategies
o Respond to customer complaints in a quick and positive manner
o Monitor the performance of the staff
o The supervision of all staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of company and their behaviour whilst on duty
o Ensuring that a first class customer service is delivered to all areas of the sites
o Monitoring of all activities in business
o Maintain standards of behaviour in the work environment
o Participate, recommend improvements for products and service by using the marketing skill.
o Involved in part of the Interviewing, training, promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances
o Makes reports on time for equipment, materials, and production
o To keep records and prepare estimates of needs
o Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
o Dealing and organising daily requirements with external suppliers and transporters
o Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions
o Assist in maintaining effective communication at all times by building positive relationship with team members
o Resolve customer complaints promptly
o To provide a clear handover during shift changes to employees and ensure each shift is reviewed and handovers/briefing are carried out.
o Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations
No Experience and no qualification is required for this role
