The Opportunity

A well-established building-services contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join their busy Auckland team. You'll work across commercial, residential and light-industrial sites, handling installs, servicing, diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

The Work
  • Service, maintain and repair HVAC & refrigeration plant (splits, VRF/VRV, chillers, cool rooms, ventilation).
  • Carry out fault-finding, commissioning and general mechanical servicing.
  • Complete accurate reports, job sheets and H&S documentation.
  • Work independently across Auckland with support from an experienced team.
Your Background
  • NZ-relevant trade qualification:

    NZQA HVAC/Refrigeration, New Zealand Certificate (Level 4), or recognised overseas equivalent.
  • EST preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven HVAC/R servicing and diagnostics experience.
  • Full NZ driver's licence.
  • Good knowledge of NZ safety standards and safe-working practices.
