Our fit-for-purpose indoor and outdoor plantation pine products are suitable for building new homes, renovation projects and other industrial manufacturing applications including packaging, pallets, and furniture components.

About the role:

Our South Australian mill is situated in Tarpeena (about 20 minutes from Mount Gambier) and currently has over 270 employees on site.

We are accepting applications for a skilled Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for asset maintenance, improvement and capital application improvements. This is a full time role that reports directly to the Engineering Manager and performs a key function within the Engineering team that partners with the site to deliver ongoing process improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scoping, engineering, planning, and executing process improvement initiatives to improve processing efficiencies and asset reliability
  • Leading asset improvement and root cause analysis
  • Supporting the development, planning and execution of capital application improvements end to end
  • Communicating, consulting and engaging with stakeholders to identify, select and implement agreed PI solutions
  • Supporting the Electrical team within the Maintenance department as required to ensure the plant continues to run.

What you will have:

Essential:

  • Electrical Engineering Qualifications or Experience
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing environments
