The Employer

Our client has been making wardrobe dreams come true across the Greater Auckland Region for a long time. They custom design, manufacture and install wardrobes that can be found in some of NZ's most luxurious properties as well as inside homes that are being renovated or built by Auckland's best builders. If you have used this company in the past, you'd never use anyone else. They're a small, family-oriented business who take pride in their work and have an enviable reputation.

The Job

  • Assembling and installing wardrobes to a high standard
  • Interacting with customers while on-site
  • Working closely with the business owner as well as doing solo installations, mainly on the North Shore and in East Auckland.

Skills & Experience Required

  • You're a Carpenter / Cabinetmaker with at least six years' experience ideally gained in New Zealand
  • You're honest, reliable and hard working
  • You have a reputation for high workmanship
  • You can problem solve and remain calm while sorting things out on site
  • You care about your reputation and the reputation of your employer
  • You have a full and clean driver license
  • Your Referees will describe you as a "must have" employee.

Hours of Work & Location

Monday - Friday, with a start time of either 7.00a.m. or 7.30a.m. (job dependent). Occasionally you'll need to work more than 40 hours a week but this employer won't make a habit of it or take advantage of you. The business is located in Browns Bay.
