.Hellmann New Zealand is looking for an experienced team leader to manage shifts ensuring that our import and export perishables meet customer, regulatory and company standards. 
 

About the Job

  • Rotating 10hr shifts 4 days per week morning/afternoon
  • Coordinate and execute all facets of the shift (people /product /productivity)
  • Ensure safety and compliance (Worksafe, RMP, MPI, RACA , PIPS and NZCS)
  • Supervise a small team (roster, coach and motivate) 
  • Communicate clearly with team, customer, operations and Warehouse Supervisor
  • Driving a safe, customer focused and performance-based culture, delivering quantifiable results in a time sensitive relative industry.
About You
  • You already have the right to work in New Zealand
  • Experience within AIR/SEA Forwarding of perishables is a must
  • Knowledge in RMP, MPI, RACA, NZCS and employee legislation
  • Ability to prioritise and problem solve under pressure
  • Strong people and performance management skills
  •  Clear interpersonal, written and verbal communicator
