We have a fantastic opportunity for a nursing professional who is looking to take an Occupational Health Nurse based out of our Petone branch on Cuba Street. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality occupational health services to a wide range of clients and contribute to smooth, efficient service delivery. Your nursing assessment skills, clinical judgement and proactive communication will help organisations keep their people healthy, safe and supported at work. This is an exciting and varied role where there will be opportunities for you to work on contracts in social rehab, concussion and vocational rehab.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to travel around the region.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical occupational health assessments and provide clear feedback to clients
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting
- Manage equipment, scheduling and patient management systems efficiently
- Build strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders
- Promote Habit Health's services and identify opportunities to support new and existing customers

The ideal candidate:
- Registered Nurse with a current NZ Annual Practising Certificate
- Minimum 5 years' experience in occupational health nursing
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Professional, proactive and solution-focused approach
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation (Privacy, H&S, health information)
- Confidence using clinical systems and digital tools
- Valid NZ drivers license
