As a driver for Enviro NZ Dunedin, you will expect:

  • Job security, guaranteed 40+ hours/ a week & positive working environment with opportunities to grow based on your performance
  • Training by our in-house Driver Trainer to operate our vehicles, including high-quality brand-new trucks.
  • To be looked after with annual health checks, wellbeing training programmes, free breakfast, fruit, electrolytes, vitamins, clothing & boots to name a few
  • Discounts at retailers such as Bunnings, Placemakers, Noel Leemings & more

In return, we expect from our drivers to:

  • Hold a clean Class 1 licence. If you're motivated, we can support you to gain higher licences with the help of our driver trainers for the right candidate.
  • Complete a daily check on your vehicle before driving each morning.
  • Be able to work early in the morning and on the weekends and over 8 hours on occasions if required.
  • Be physically fit and enjoy keeping fit, some of our drivers walk 14K steps a day.
  • Turn up to work every day on time and leave when your shift's finished.
  • Operate our trucks and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Work with teammates to give our customers great service every day.

Our recruitment process involves a Ministry of Justice criminal background check, and a pre-employment medical, including a drug test.
