About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Painter Foreman to lead and mentor our experienced team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in spray painting, along with reliability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic. The successful candidate will be a dependable and integral team member who consistently demonstrates productivity and professionalism.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Extensive Commercial Transport Refinishing experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A focus on quality workmanship, productivity, and safety
  • Stability and reliability as a team member
  • Willingness to actively participate in painting tasks
  • Ability to uphold workplace policies and adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) standards
  • Forklift Licence (desirable)
