Bagagge Handlers

DRAFT NZ is recruiting energetic and reliable Baggage Handlers to join a leading aviation ground-handling team at Auckland Airport. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and working around aircraft in a 24/7 operational environment.

About the Role

As a Baggage Handler, you will play a key part in ensuring flights run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft
• Operate ground service equipment - tugs and belt loaders
• Complete required documentation and follow safety/security protocols
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing airside operations team

What We're Looking For

• Physically fit and capable candidates
• Ability to comfortably lift up to 30kg repetitively
• At least 1 year warehousing, laboring, or physical role experience
• Reliable own vehicle and Full NZ Class 1 Driver's License
• Able to work in all weather conditions (Heat, Rain and Cold)
• Available for rotating AM, PM, and Night Shifts (4 days on, 2 days off)
• Legal right to work in New Zealand without restrictions
• Quick thinker with sound judgment
