About the role:
We're seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join a high-performing planning team and take ownership of an established category. Based on Auckland's city fringe, you'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and the wider Supply Chain team to deliver accurate forecasts and insights that drive business performance.
This role plays a key part in the S&OP process, where your ability to analyse data, challenge assumptions, and build strong relationships will be essential to achieving alignment across the business.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using sales history, market data and promotional insights
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure forecasts reflect current and future business plans
- Lead monthly S&OP process with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across forecasting systems and processes
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in demand planning within FMCG or consumer goods (essential)
- Strong analytical and system capability, with confidence in interpreting and presenting data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple functions
