Full-Time Barista

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Barista to join our small and fast-growing team. This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, works well under pressure, and can grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare consistently high-quality espresso based coffee
  • Maintain clean, organised workstation and uphold food safety standards
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service
  • Support the team during peak periods
  • Assist with daily café operations (opening, closing, restocking, cleaning)

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year barista experience in a busy café
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm during rush periods
  • Must be available on weekends
  • Positive, reliable, and committed to contributing to a small team environment
