He angitūtanga: About the Role:

Join our team as an Enquiries Coordinator and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for managing and responding to enquiries with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is handled seamlessly. You'll collaborate across teams, maintain strong relationships with clients, and proactively resolve queries to keep everything running smoothly.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Responding to enquiries from clients in relation to information held within our registers
  • Maintaining client records in Te Tumu Paeroa core registers in accordance with Te Tumu Paeroa procedures.
  • Delivering outstanding client service at all times to clients of Te Tumu Paeroa.

He kōrero mōu: What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a coordinator or customer service focused role
  • A good level of ability to work with technology and systems including phone systems, customer relationship management systems (CRM) and Microsoft products
  • Ability to work with different personalities, staying calm and clear and always working with a high level of respect and professionalism
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong creative problem solving and abstract reasoning skills a plus
  • Clear and concise communication style
  • A strong team player, someone who can work in a collaborative way, and follow processes
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics NAV, SharePoint and/or M365 is a plus

  • Pae Rua - Te Whakarongo | An ability to understand Te Reo Māori, a desire and ability to practice correct pronunciation of Te Reo Māori (desired).

Ngā Pae Mōhiotanga Tikanga Māori:

  • Pae Rua - Te Noho Marae | An understanding and living of Tikanga Maori on a noho marae level. Knowing and practising things such as basic karakia, waiata and one's own pepeha (desired).
