The Hanger is seeking a dedicated Bar and Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Day-to-Day operations.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including managing staff and resources to deliver high-quality service
  • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Support in the recruitment, training, and performance management of all staff members

What you will bring:

  • An LCQ and current Manager's certificate
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
  • Not be shy to lead from the front lines
  • Disciplined, diligent and detailed orientated
  • Confident in dealing people from all walks of life
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
