1 - Request for Proposal (RFP) – Lawn Mowing Services
Introduction

Te Pā Hau Ora o Wairarapa is seeking proposals from qualified contractors and/or experienced (with referees)  to provide lawn mowing services for our property as part of our landscape maintenance plan. The successful contractor will ensure lawns are maintained to a high standard, reflecting the aesthetics and safety requirements of our site.

Scope of Work

·       Area: You will need to visit Te Pā Hau Ora o Wairarapa at 65 Te Ore Ore Road to see the areas that need mowing

·       Frequency:

·       Spring (Sept–Nov): Fortnightly (approx. 6 mows)

·       Summer (Dec–Feb): Monthly (approx. 3 mows)

·       Autumn (Mar–May): Monthly (approx. 3 mows)

·       Winter (Jun–Aug): 1–2 mows total

·       Estimated Annual Total: 16 mows

·       Duration per mow: Approx. 4 hours

·       Equipment: Ride-on mower preferred to optimize time and cost and a hand mower for

under the trees

·       Additional Requirements: Remove clippings or mulch as agreed, maintain edges and pathways, report any lawn health issues

2 - Request for Proposal (RFP) – Gardening Services
Introduction

Te Pā Hau Ora o Wairarapa is seeking proposals from qualified and/or experienced (with referees) contractors to provide gardening services as part of our landscape maintenance plan. The successful contractor will ensure gardens are maintained to a high standard, supporting plant health and aesthetics throughout the year.

Scope of Work

·      
• Weed control across all garden beds (weekly). You will need to visit Te Pā Hau Ora o     Wairarapa at 65 Te Ore Ore Road to see the areas that need weeding.

·      
• Mulching of garden beds (seasonally, minimum twice per year)

·      
• Pruning and trimming shrubs, hedges, and small trees (seasonally)

·      
• Plant health monitoring and reporting (monthly)

·      
• Replacement of dead or damaged plants as required

·      
• Maintain pathways and borders free of weeds and debris

·      
• Frequency and Seasonal Adjustments

·      
• Weekly: Weed control and general tidying

·      
• Monthly: Plant health checks and reporting

·      
• Seasonal: Mulching, pruning, and major garden refresh tasks
