Are you a design leader who thrives on enabling others, crafting user-centric solutions, and elevating design standards across complex products? We're looking for a Product Design Manager to lead a talented team delivering high-impact outcomes across a diverse product ecosystem. You'll mentor designers, improve processes, and partner with Product and Engineering leaders to create intuitive, scalable experiences that delight users.

This is a leadership role focused on growing people and shaping design strategy, not just individual contribution.

What you'll lead & influence

  • Team development: Build a motivated, high-performing design team with clear growth paths.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Innovation: Explore emerging technologies and AI to evolve design practices.
  • Consistency at scale: Ensure design systems and principles are embedded across products.

What you bring

  • 4+ years in a design leadership role, ideally within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong foundations in UX and service design, with a systems-thinking mindset.
  • Experience mentoring designers and fostering team culture.
  • Fluency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Google Suite).
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into design outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and data visualization skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design sprints.
