Ready to step into a leadership role?

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the team at St Lukes store. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about retail, thrives on responsibility, and wants to grow their career in a values-driven, supportive environment.

Here's what's on offer:

Role – Assistant Store Manager

  • Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday
  • Minimum Hours: 34 hours per week
  • Hourly Rate: $ bonus potential

What your day will look like:

  • Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations

  • Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales

  • Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets

  • Prioritising exceptional customer experiences

  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture

  • Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
