About the Role: We're working with a well-established, family-owned business that's looking for a confident Sales Support & Business Development Coordinator to be the right-hand to a busy GM.

If you're the kind of person who loves variety, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone — this is your chance to make things happen.

You'll be the glue that holds everything together — keeping leads warm, the CRM humming, and projects running smoothly from first contact to final handover.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Qualifying leads and booking meetings (you're not shy on the phone)
  • Spotting new opportunities through LinkedIn, Pacificon, and industry networks
  • Supporting smaller deals through to order completion
  • Coordinating with warehouse, installers, and admin to keep jobs moving
  • Making sure post-job admin and handovers are seamless
  • Keeping the showroom ready to impress
  • Backing the sales team with whatever's needed to keep the momentum going
