Your Role:

  • Provide daily care with heart and skill
  • Deliver engaging, transformative programs
  • Foster connections to whānau and whakapapa
  • Be the positive role model our rangatahi need

Your Toolkit:

  • Youth work experience (2-3 years preferred)
  • Adaptability and resilience
  • Cultural responsiveness, especially Te Ao Māori
  • Valid full driver's license (essential)
  • Human services qualification (or willingness to study) e.g. Youth Work, Psychology or Social Work (desirable)
