About the Role

Are you ready to join a dynamic team as our Foundations Leader? We're looking for an enthusiastic go-getter with extensive experience in building Concrete Foundations. If you have experience in Ribraft Foundations, thickened edge slabs, and maybe even split-level block projects, we want to hear from you

• Communicate like a pro
• Build strong relationships with our valued clients
• Lead a small crew on-site with confidence
• Juggle 1-3 projects during busy times like a pro
• Have a keen eye for detail and a knack for bringing plans to life
• Hold a valid full NZ Driver Licence

Responsibilities:

• Drive your projects to success on time
• Keep your team organized and motivated each day
• Foster great communication with managers and clients
• Ensure our Health & Safety processes shine on every site
• Manage materials and subcontractors like a superstar
• Schedule inspections and keep everything running smoothly

Important: You possess full proficiency in reading plans and will be able to guide a small team in constructing complex foundations.
