Operations Integrator (aka The One Who Gets Sh*t Done)

This role isn't just about projects. You'll sit across both day-to-day operations and big-picture initiatives.

You're comfortable wearing multiple hats across the whole business and you love the variety. You can take a vision, break it down, and run with it. You work without approvals, layers or hand-holding. You move with speed, clarity and simplicity.
You've likely worked in a small team or online-first business where you've had to wear multiple hats... maybe marketing, ops, systems, delivery or support. You're not afraid of tech, and you've dabbled in tools like Zapier, CRMs, Chat GPT, Asana, Social and web platforms and Slack.
You're not chasing a title. You just want to lead the work, run clean systems, and keep the wheels turning at pace.

What You'll Do Here
You'll work directly with our CEO and team to run operations, kickstart and deliver key projects, and streamline how our tech, team, and client experience all work together.
Our business is primarily online, so your work supports everything from live launches and campaigns to CRM automations and digital product delivery.
You'll sit across both daily, weekly and Monthly operations and projects, making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly while also delivering initiatives that move the business forward.
This role leads the work, not the people... but you know how to work across a team to get things done.
You don't need a team reporting to you. You just need access to the right people.
You coordinate, organise and drive the work forward by pulling them in at the right time.

You're the Ops Glue, Not the Admin
- You sit across everything and make it run better
- You don't just manage tasks, you maintain the machine
- You simplify how we work and make sure nothing slips through
- You create or optimise systems people actually use & love you for it

Execution & Implementation
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Take our strategy and break it into action, from idea to rollout to completion
- Hold multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
- Pull the right people into the work and keep it moving
- Follow up, close loops, and finish strong
Systems & Operations
- Manage our digital tool stack Zapier, CRMs, Chat GPT, Asana, Social and web platforms and Slack.
- Solve problems across systems and keep tech integrations connected
- Maintain SOPs, improve workflows, and create repeatable processes
- Keep operations running smooth, not stacked with layers
Growth & Funnel Support
- Support sales and marketing systems, ensuring lead flow, CRM connections, and automations are firing
- Connect the dots across customer journey, team delivery, and tech
- Keep campaigns and content moving by coordinating launch plans, email workflows, lead magnets, and funnel optimisations
- Run background systems that make the front end shine
- Make sure data flows, tagging, segmentation, and list health are in good shape across our CRM and social platforms
Projects, Products & Tech
- Manage feature updates and releases in our coaching platform and My Salon CEO app
- Coordinate with devs, test functionality, and make sure communication is clear
- Set up or clean up tech processes and build better tools as needed
- Own business solutions from start to finish, not just tick tasks

You'll own end-to-end delivery with autonomy, clarity and confidence.
This is a lead-the-work, get-it-done, glue-that-holds-us-together role.
As the business grows, there's potential for this role to evolve into Operations Manager.
