Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their Auckland-based managed services team in a permanent, full-time capacity. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing key core applications for several major enterprise clients.

Working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, you'll help build, maintain, and improve critical software systems that drive real business value. This role is ideal for an experienced developer who thrives in a consultancy environment, enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, and is motivated by delivering impactful enterprise-level solutions. As a customer-facing position, strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous integration processes. Collaborate with teams in a hybrid working environment. Share technical knowledge and contribute to best practice development approaches. Identify and contribute to the development of the Service Management and Managed Services department.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL
  • A solid background in complex full-stack developmentwithin enterprise environments
  • Experience working in consultancy, managed services  or multi-project environments, ideally across different sectors
  • Ability to understand and contribute to complex technical solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with system migrations or legacy system upgrades is a bonus
