We are looking for a qualified butcher to join our Butchery Team who has excellent work ethics, is reliable, physically fit, and an excellent team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all appropriate cuts of meat are available for customer purchase through effective and efficient breaking, boning, slicing, and cutting of identified carcasses.
  • Pack meat as required and prepare specific customer orders/requests.
  • Handle appropriate customer enquiries with professionalism and care.

Requirements:

  • Meat Retailing Trade Certificate or completion of Butchery Apprenticeship is mandatory.
  • Supermarket experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, high presentation standards, and honesty.

Hourly Rate: $33/hour

Additional Details:

Must be able and willing to start as early as 5:30 AM and work on weekend days. Full roster will be discussed during the interview.
