Join our dynamic Napier business as a Graduate Surveyor and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of projects. You'll collaborate with supportive colleagues, learn from industry experts, and make a real impact for our clients in all areas of surveying. This is your chance to grow, develop new skills, and build a rewarding career in a friendly, collaborative environment. *Key Responsibilities:*

  • Assist in delivering surveying services to clients across various projects.
  • Prepare and maintain survey equipment, ensuring readiness and calibration.
  • Undertake accurate fieldwork, including subdivision, engineering, topographical, and data capture surveys (e.g., GIS, GPS, 3D scanning/UAV).
  • Support project teams with engineering inputs and collaborate across business sections.
  • Produce precise survey calculations and documentation.
  • Assist with design tasks: interpreting briefs, carrying out investigations, and preparing drawings and reports for civil projects.
  • Comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) obligations; actively contribute to a safe work environment.
  • Participate in relevant training and maintain professional registrations/licenses.
  • Take responsibility for self-development and contribute positively to team culture.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably required to support the team and business.

**About You:**

  • Bachelor of Surveying (BSurv) or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Client-centric approach and high professional integrity.
  • Current, clean driver's license.
