We are on the lookout for casual relief teachers to join our team at Busy Bees Greytown. As a reliever with us, you choose the days you are available, making this ideal for students, parents returning to work, or kaiako wanting extra hours with real flexibility.

About us:

Busy Bees Greytown is part of the Busy Bees Aotearoa whānau, with the backing of a national organisation and the warmth of a home-style villa at the heart of the community. Many of our kaiako live locally, which keeps our relationships with tamariki, whānau and local schools close and genuine. We have separate nursery and preschool spaces, including a dedicated infants area and playground where tamariki build trust, develop relationships and explore in a calm, safe environment, as well as shared areas where tuakana teina moments unfold naturally. Our large green outdoor area with fruit trees, gardens and room to run, ride and laugh keeps tamariki active and engaged, and you step into environments that are already set up for play based, interest led learning.
 

About you:

You might be registered or unregistered, early in your journey or bringing years of experience. What matters most is that you are flexible and able to help at short notice, bring warmth and a calm, friendly manner, and genuinely enjoy working with young children. You communicate clearly, follow centre routines and health and safety expectations, and are happy to move between different rooms and age groups. Previous ECE experience is helpful, but if you are great with children, approachable and keen to support our kaiako, we would love to hear from you.
