Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and implementation of D365 (Finance/Operations/CE) and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate) on the client side, resolving technical challenges in complex business scenarios.
  • Conduct in-depth alignment with client requirements, providing high-level technical consulting, solution design, and optimization recommendations to ensure the system fully aligns with business objectives.
  • Responsible for emergency response and root cause analysis of client system failures; lead cross-team collaboration to address critical technical bottlenecks and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10-15 years of client-side implementation experience in enterprise-level business applications; proficient in configuration of all D365 modules and development of Power Platform.
  • Demonstrated ability in solution design, requirement conversion, and delivery for large-scale client projects; familiar with complex business process modeling and optimization.
  • Exceptional ability to insight into client needs and solve problems; capable of independently leading high-difficulty client system debugging and fault resolution.
