Slick Willys is a family-owned independent multi-brand concept store, showcasing premium local & international designers from around the world since 1983. For over 40 years, we've been connecting with our customers at our Dunedin flagship store and online — helping them find the perfect fashion and lifestyle pieces.

As we approach a busy trading period, we are looking for casual team members who are enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about fashion to support our store.

You must have flexibility and open availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays to meet the needs of the business.

What we are looking for:
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • A strong sense of fashion and personal style
  • Knowledge of fashion and designer brands (preferred but not essential)
  • Positive, friendly attitude with a team-first mindset
  • Eye for detail and visual merchandising
  • Reliability and energy to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
The role:
  • Looking after customers and creating memorable in-store experiences
  • Providing styling advice and personalised service
  • Merchandising the store to a high standard
  • Achieving sales targets and daily sales goals
  • Maintaining presentation standards and store appearance
  • Assisting with replenishment and handling of store stock
