About the Role

As a New Home Consultant, you'll be running your own business under the Signature Homes brand, with access to a full suite of marketing tools, training, and operational support. You'll:

• Manage new enquiries and guide clients from first contact through to signed contract
• Work closely with our design, estimating, and construction teams to develop tailored build solutions
• Conduct site visits, host showhome walk-throughs, and facilitate design and product consultations
• Build long-term relationships and a strong client base
• Become a trusted advisor during one of the most important purchases of your clients' lives

What We're Looking For

We can teach you about building – but you'll need to bring the mindset and drive. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• A strong track record in high-performance sales
• A natural ability to build rapport and act with professionalism and integrity
• A drive to understand client needs and deliver solutions
• Tech confidence – our consultants work with CRM, estimating, and design tools
• A team-first attitude – you'll work closely with architects, project managers, QSs and more

Highly regarded (but not essential):

• Business ownership or management experience
• Background in residential construction, design or project management
• Previous success in commission-based or self-employed sales roles
• A desire to take control of your own income and future
