Are you a budding tech enthusiast fuelled by a passion for problem-solving and exceptional customer support? We're on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our Service Operations team, where the emphasis is on addressing every customer query with expertise and efficiency.

Working within a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for customer service management and support across a mix of technologies that provide networking, biometric infrastructure and transport solutions. Other key responsibilities include: creating and updating customer tickets, dispatching work, assistance with system administration, incident management and SLA oversight, and cross skilling with other departments to grow the quality of Service Desk knowledge.

Ideally You Will Have The Following Technical Knowledge

  • Windows Server 2012/2016 preferred.
  • Unix/Linux OS
  • Network trouble shooting and TCP/IP
  • ITIL Version 3 or 4
  • Linux Red Hat Enterprise
  • Virtual Machines (HyperV, KVM, VMWare)
  • System monitoring tools (Nagios, Splunk)
  • Backup management tools
  • Active Directory: Users and Computers
