We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to provide timely and effective personal support for the Chief Executive Office, supporting the Senior Executive Assistant with their workload and directly supporting the Kiwibank Board Chair and KGC Chair and other senior leaders as relevant to ensure the collaborative, efficient, and effective running of the Chief Executive's Office at Kiwibank.

  • Proven experience providing high-level executive support in a confidential and professional manner
  • Experienced in coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and supporting senior leaders
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels 
  • Excellent judgement and discretion handling sensitive information along with the ability to manage competing priorities 
  • Calm, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for making things happen
