Allure Hair Studio is looking for a Senior Hairdressing Stylist to join our friendly, professional team.

About the Role

As a Senior Stylist at Allure Hair Studio, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, styling, and treatment services
  • Provide personalised consultations and expert advice to clients
  • Mentor and support junior stylists and apprentices
  • Help maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional salon atmosphere
  • Contribute ideas to grow the business (services, products, promotions)
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer care

What We're Looking For:

-Must have any of these listed qualifications

- NZQA Level 5 Hairdressing qualifications

- New Zealand Certificate in Hairdressing Level 4 (Professional Stylist)

- New Zealand Trade Certificate in Ladies Hairdressing

- National Certificate in Hairdressing Level 4

- Australian Certificate III in Hairdressing Level 3- A qualified hairdresser with senior-level experience (ideally 3+ years on the floor)
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, foiling, balayage, and styling
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- A genuine passion for hair, fashion, and current trends
- Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team
- Strong client care focus, with the ability to build and retain a loyal clientele
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand (if applicable)
