Field Assessor

As our Field Assessor, you'll be out on the ground auditing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) works, ensuring our self-delivered and subcontracted activities meet the standards our clients expect. You'll spot gaps in PPM schedules, review work orders while jobs are in progress, and support teams with practical coaching and Health & Safety guidance.

This role is ideal for someone confident in the field, comfortable challenging the status quo, and committed to lifting performance across a growing Building Team.

• Auditing PPM works across self-delivered and subcontracted jobs
• Identifying missed inspections and ensuring compliance is maintained
• Reviewing work orders live on site and guiding improvements
• Providing hands-on coaching and H&S support to field teams
• Helping uplift standards and drive continuous improvement across operations

• Strong building, maintenance, or FM experience
• A practical understanding of PPM processes and site-based operations
• Confidence engaging with field teams and contractors
• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety expectations on active worksites
