Litigation Solicitor

Harkness Henry is looking for an Intermediate Solicitor to join our litigation team. You will have the support of senior practitioners, and the opportunity to run your own files.

You will enjoy working with autonomy, whilst having the support of our Partners whose working style is consultative with an excellent focus on open communication. You will possess a desire and drive to build your practice area and bring your own personal reputation to compliment Harkness Henry's proud reputation - with marketing and business development support we'll work with you to grow our business - we're a busy and collaborative team at Harkness Henry.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have 2+ years' litigation experience in dispute resolution/litigation
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be comfortable with Court and mediation appearances including general civil, estates, and trust disputes.
• Manage client relationships and bring a reputation for building relationships
• Have strong communication and mediation skills
• Have an empathetic and understanding manner when working with clients under stress.

As a Litigation Solicitor in our Hamilton office, you will have the opportunity to:
