Our concept centres on smoke, wood, and char, infusing every dish with depth, heat, and an unmistakable connection to land and fire.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and beverage orders and communicating these efficiently to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serving food and drinks to guests in a timely and attentive manner
• Maintaining a clean and tidy service area at all times
• Assisting with the set-up and pack-down of the restaurant and bar areas
• Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld
• Contributing to a positive team environment and providing excellent customer service

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to an exceptional guest experience
