Role Responsibilities

As an EA/PA, you will play a key role in supporting senior leaders and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Responsibilities may include:

• Managing diaries, inboxes, correspondence, and workflows

• Organising meetings, travel, events, and other logistical arrangements

• Anticipating needs, identifying risks, and proactively solving problems

• Acting as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders and team members

• Providing confidential, high-level executive support

• Preparing agendas, documents, and well-presented communications

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous EA or PA experience

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Strong judgement and the ability to act as a gatekeeper when required

• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital tools

• A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
