Integrated Production Unit Leader

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive customer excellence and operational performance across our Integrated Product Unit (IPU). In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of specialists, working in close coordination with Planning & Fulfillment, Quality, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Finance, while collaborating directly with the Production team. You will support the entire process from initial inquiry and product delivery to after-sales service.

- Work model: Onsite
- Lead and develop a cross-functional IPU team to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery of products.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing global and local standards, tools, and processes.
- Achieve key performance targets including productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate across functions to continuously improve operations and reduce non-value-added costs.

Qualifications for the Role- Proven leadership experience in developing and managing teams.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance across planning, engineering, and supply chain.
- Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement.
- Experience with operational tools and methodologies.
