A Senior Practitioner is required to join Stoke's Children's Services completing parenting assessments, whilst supporting the development of ASYE Social Workers. This is a great opportunity for a Social Worker for those who want to progress, whilst working in a non-caseholding role

As a Senior Practitioner you will:

  • Have previous experience of completing Parenting Assessments
  • Be confident with writing assessments and sharing knowledge
  • Supporting and developing others
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience within Children's Services

What we are looking for in a Senior Practitioner: 

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK license
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
