What We Offer:

Class 5 Drivers:

  • Class 5 licence
  • WTR endorsement with experience
  • Background in construction
  • Willing to hop out of the truck and help on the ground when needed
  • Strong focus on health & safety
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • A reliable team player
  • Previous experience working on steep slopes an advantage

Labourers:

  • Minimum Class 1 restricted licence
  • Eagerness to learn the civil construction industry
  • Willingness to obtain WTR licences
  • Current practising STMS or TMO is an advantage

Operators / Labourers:

  • Construction industry experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum licences: Class 1, 2, W, T, R
  • Willing to go the extra mile and help outside the machine
  • Current practising STMS or TMO is an advantage

  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently
  • A good level of physical fitness
  • The ability to work well within a team
