ABOUT THE ROLE

Working alongside experienced residential and commercial property law experts, this role will see you working with some interesting and diverse clients.  In this role you will:

· Manage client relationships, taking instructions from clients on matters and applying your skills and experience to delivering a great outcome for clients each and every time

· Managing residential property transactions and refinances

· Preparing Sale and Purchase Agreements

· Assisting first home buyers, including KiwiSaver withdrawals

· Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents

· Assisting the Partner and other team members on more complex matters

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' experience in property law and the following skills and attributes:

· Strong knowledge and experience in conveyancing, land law and property transactions

· Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills – both written and verbal

· A team player who is good at building internal and external relationships at all levels

· A pro-active and self-motivated person with a "can do" attitude and an ability to work under pressure

· Flexible and adaptive and is able to use their initiative to keep tasks moving and solve problems

· Someone who wants an opportunity to put their skills and experience to good use for great outcomes for clients, teams and themselves
